Debbie Bessen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with broad experience within the field. She holds a Master’s of Science degree from Queens College and is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and a Certified Leap (Lifestyle Eating and Performance) Therapist, specially trained to help people with food sensitivities. Debbie also specializes in Spectracell micronutrient testing which enables her to plan a patient’s program by observing the way that nutrients are absorbed within their bodies. Debbie also helps treat medical conditions where diet and exercise have been proven effective, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and gastrointestinal disorders.

Debbie participates in most health plans serving the NY & NJ area. Other services that  body composition analysis, nutrient & recipe analyses, supermarket tours, pantry makeovers, health fairs, seminars, and corporate wellness programs.
